This class is designed for anyone who has experience with back discomfort. The class is designed to help students discover and address the imbalances and movement patterns that inhibit healing and to discover healthy options for support and movement.

our bodies in motion.
An active movement class incorporating anatomical images and models designed to awaken responsiveness and support in our bodies so that they are free to access full and easeful movement. This class includes movement from Pilates, yoga and other forms paired with the study of how our anatomy moves.
Experiential Anatomy and Dance
Dance Technique and Improvisation
Dance with clear moving images of how the insides of your body function in action. Sense the access of true support, connection, phrasing and fluidity through sensing the structures of your body’s systems. The same knowledge that heals us and prevents injury gives us access to expressiveness.
Workshops and classes can be crafted to suit your needs.
Topics of classes include, in addition to those above, Body-Mind Centering® and yoga, experiential anatomy, full-bodied movement/exercise, injury prevention, modern dance technique, ballet for modern dancers, improvisation, and choreography.
